ELIGIBILITY
We give consideration for this grant based on the following criteria:
Our desire and purpose is for children to be raised in a Christ centered home. Therefore, we are offering assistance to families who are in agreement with our Statement of Faith.
Families applying must provide a signed personal statement of faith along with a reference letter from their lead pastor.
Families must be working with a 501(c)3 child placing agency or an adoption attorney and provide proof by attaching:

a copy of their placement agencies license OR
-
a statement of completion from the examining agency on company letterhead.
It’s our desire to help families who have invested their own time and money into the adoption process but still cannot afford to adopt. Our grant and funding opportunity is for families who want to grow their family through adoption, however, this grant will cover a portion of the adoption cost but most likely not 100%.

If you are awarded an Adoption Assistance Grant from Chosen Ministries you will be notified by email. If awarded you will be asked to sign an award agreement. All grant assistance will be dispersed directly to the child placing agency/ lawyer or organization.
